You are a visionary leader who can drive company strategy, fundraising, and stakeholder relationships. You have experience leading technology or maritime ventures, building high-performing teams, and scaling early-stage companies. You thrive at the intersection of business development and technology.
Express InterestBusiness Co-Founder — Commercial & Growth
You have a strong network in offshore wind, maritime, construction, or energy. You understand the industry dynamics, procurement processes, and what it takes to sell technology products to operators, contractors, and asset owners. You can drive go-to-market strategy and close deals.
Express InterestBusiness Co-Founder — Finance & Operations
You bring financial acumen, operational rigour, and startup experience. You understand fundraising, investor relations, financial modelling, and the operational backbone needed to scale a maritime technology company from pre-seed to Series A and beyond.
Express InterestTechnical Co-Founder — Maritime Technology
You have hands-on experience with metrology systems, automation, control systems, or simulation in the maritime/offshore sector. You can design, build, and deploy technical systems that work in the field. Experience with sensor integration, real-time software, or embedded systems is a plus.
Express InterestTechnical Co-Founder — Software Engineering
You can architect and build scalable software products. Backend, cloud infrastructure, APIs, data pipelines — you know how to turn ideas into reliable, deployable products. Experience with SaaS, B2B engineering software, or industrial applications is a plus.
